Hi,
I am currently just slightly over my ideal bodyweight. I weigh
120 and one eighth pounds. I would like to lose exactly one
eighth of a pound. I know that once I lose this extra one
eighth of a pound, I will feel so much better about myself.
I'll feel more self confident and attractive.
I've been able to
loose that additional eighth of a pound in the past, but I have
trouble keeping it off. Do you do have a weight loss plan you
can recommend for me to lose exactly one eighth of a pound (and
keep it off)?
Thank You,
Lindsay Nagle
Response from The T-TAPP TOTAL SYSTEM:
Dear Lindsey...
T-Tapp's focus is inch loss instead of weight loss.....1/8th of a pound can fluctuate just from intake of fluids!
The T-Tapp physical therapy approach to fitness builds muscle density instead of muscle bulk which in turn creates quick inch loss since the comprehensive, compound muscle movement creates "girdle" strength to uplift, tighten and tone.
So I suggest that you focus on creating a strong, firm, fit machine rather than worry about 1/8th a pound.
Best wishes in your quest to fitness and health,
Teresa Tapp
