Dear Sir or Madam,
I have been using Preparation H to get rid of my hemmeroids for many years now. I started having hemmarhoids in 1993 and the hemoroids became more and more painful.
As we all know, hemmarhoides can be a embarrassing problem. Hemmhoroids seem to run in our family as all my brothers and sisters have hemorhoids (except my youngest brother Lyle who is adopted). Thanks for creating such a great product!
My question is will you be coming out with new hemarrhoid cures or hemmahroid prevention products in the near future? Also, I have heard you can use hemharrhoid cream to reduce bags under your eyes. Is this true?

Thank you for contacting us regarding Preparation H. We appreciate your interest in our product. There are no plans at the moment to expand the current Preparation H line of products. Should a new method of treatment present itself, it will be examined and developed for the consumer market.
Regulations set forth by Health Canada only permits us to recommend the products use for those conditions indicated on the label. We cannot recommend the use of this product under your eyes or for any other reason other than for hemorrhoids. We suggest that you discuss other uses of the product with your healthcare provider.
